中新社华盛顿2月14日电(记者吴庆才德永健)正在华盛顿访问的中国国家副主席习近平呼吁美方尽快采取实际步骤，解决放松对华高科技产品出口限制、为中国企业赴美提供公平环境等中方关切问题。

华盛顿时间14日下午，习近平与美国副总统拜登共同出席中美企业家座谈会，听取两国业界代表对发展中美经贸关系的心声。当天早些时候，他在白宫同美国总统奥巴马及副总统拜登举行了会见会谈。

习近平表示，他同奥巴马及拜登就经贸问题深入交换了意见，认为中美经贸关系高度互补，活力强劲，双方应积极推进贸易和投资一揽子合作计划，以对话合作而非保护主义的方式处理经贸摩擦，促进中美及全球经济的稳定复苏和增长。

他强调，对于美方在贸易不平衡、知识产权保护、自主创新、投资环境等方面的合理关切，中方已经并将继续采取积极措施，同时也希望“美方本着同样积极的态度，在中方关切的放宽对华高技术产品出口限制、为中国企业赴美投资提供公平环境方面尽快采取实际步骤”。

对于中美两国企业家，习近平在讲话中提出四句寄语。

第一：善于识别和把握时机。当前中美都处在转变经济发展方式的关键阶段，两国经济议题议程高度互补和契合，希望两国企业家审时度势，把握机遇，把众多合作潜力尽快全面转换成互利共赢的实际成果。

第二：风物长宜放眼量。希望中美企业家按照不畏浮云遮望眼的精神，不因一时一事的干扰因素而裹足不前，而应着眼长远，拿出更多更好适合两国消费者需求的产品和服务。

第三：深化经贸在两国关系压仓石和推进器的作用。希望两国企业家和商业组织发出反对保护主义更响亮的声音，有效防止经贸问题政治化，全力避免各种不应有的干扰，共同维护中美经贸合作和中美关系大局。

第四：厚道经营兼济天下。希望两国企业家在拓展市场壮大自身的同时，进一步回馈社会，既为当地创造就业，又积极参与属地建设和社会公益活动，为社会发展作贡献，让两国人民更多地从两国经贸合作中受益。
