四种见面问候方式：
1) 适用于第一次见面
A: Nice/Glad/Pleased/Good to meet you。
B: Nice/Glad/Pleased/Good to meet you, too。
2) 任何时候都可以用，但有些见外
A: How are you?/How are you doing?
B: I'm fine/ok/good/great./Not bad。
3) 只要是朋友都能用的
