Nets for students 2007

 

1. Creativity and Innovation  

Students demonstrate creative thinking, construct knowledge, and develop innovative products and processes using technology. Students:

  a. apply existing knowledge to generate new ideas, products, or processes. b. create original works as a means of personal or group expression. c. use models and simulations to explore complex systems and issues. d. identify trends and forecast possibilities. 2. Communication and Collaboration  

Students use digital media and environments to communicate and work collaboratively, including at a distance, to support individual learning and contribute to the learning of others. Students:

  a. interact, collaborate, and publish with peers, experts, or others employing a variety of digital environments and media. b. communicate information and ideas effectively to multiple audiences using a variety of media and formats. c. develop cultural understanding and global awareness by engaging with learners of other cultures. d. contribute to project teams to produce original works or solve problems. 3. Research and Information Fluency  

Students apply digital tools to gather, evaluate, and use information. Students:

  a. plan strategies to guide inquiry. b. locate, organize, analyze, evaluate, synthesize, and ethically use information from a variety of sources and media. c. evaluate and select information sources and digital tools based on the appropriateness to specific tasks. d. process data and report results. 4. Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, and Decision Making  

Students use critical thinking skills to plan and conduct research, manage projects, solve problems, and make informed decisions using appropriate digital tools and resources. Students:

  a. identify and define authentic problems and significant questions for investigation. b. plan and manage activities to develop a solution or complete a project. c. collect and analyze data to identify solutions and/or make informed decisions. d. use multiple processes and diverse perspectives to explore alternative solutions. 5. Digital Citizenship   Students understand human, cultural, and societal issues related to technology and practice legal and ethical behavior. Students:   a. advocate and practice safe, legal, and responsible use of information and technology. b. exhibit a positive attitude toward using technology that supports collaboration, learning, and productivity. c. demonstrate personal responsibility for lifelong learning. d. exhibit leadership for digital citizenship. 6. Technology Operations and Concepts   Students demonstrate a sound understanding of technology concepts, systems, and operations. Students:   a. understand and use technology systems. b. select and use applications effectively and productively. c. troubleshoot systems and applications. d. transfer current knowledge to learning of new technologies.

1 .创造性和创新性
学生具备创造性思维、能建构知识,利用技术开发创新性产品和方法。学生应能够:
a 运用现有的知识生成新思想、新产品或新方法。
b 创造原著,作为个人或集体的表达方式。
c 使用模型或模拟来开发复杂系统,探索复杂问题。
d 明确趋势,并预见可能性。


2. 交流与合作
学生利用数字媒体和数字环境进行交流与合作,包括利用远距离教育支持个人学习,并帮助其他人学习。学生应能够:
a 利用丰富的数字化环境和资源,与同伴、专家或其他人进行交流、合作与分享。
b 利用丰富的媒体和多样化形式有效地传播信息和想法,从而扩大听众范围。
c 通过与不同文化的学习者交流,培养对文化的理解和全球化意识。
d 参与项目组,来开发原创著作或解决问题。


3. 研究和信息流通
学生运用数字化工具来收集、评价和使用信息。学生应能够:
a 运用策略来指导调查。
b 从丰富的资源和媒体中查找、组织、分析、评价、综合信息,并在使用信息的过程中符合伦理道德规范。
c 恰当地评价并选择信息资源和数字化工具,来细化任务。
d 处理数据和报告结果。


4. 批判性思维,问题解决能力和做出决定
学生利用合适的数字化工具和资源,运用批判性思维技巧来计划和实施研究、管理项目、解决问题并生成重要的决定。学生应能够:
a 明确并确定调查中的真实难题和重要问题
b 计划并实施活动,来寻找解决途径或完成一个项目
c 收集并分析数据,来确定解决途径,并做出重要决定
d 使用多种过程,从多个角度探索多样化的解决途径。


5. 数字化的公民职责和权利
学生能理解与技术相关的人性、文化和社会问题,并能做出合乎法律和符合道德规范的行为。学生应能够:
a 倡导并履行信息技术的安全、合法和负责任的使用
b 抱着正确的态度,去看待注重合作、学习和效率的技术使用过程
c 为终身学习负起个人责任感
d 在数字化的公民职责上展示领导力


6. 技术操作和概念
学生具备对技术概念、系统和操作的全面理解。学生应能够:
a 理解并能使用技术操作系统
b 高效地选择应用技术
c 修理系统和应用中出现的故障
d 将当前的知识迁移到新技术的学习中去
