南方日报讯（记者∕邓泳秋 刘长欣）中山公务员王斌天在婚内对妻子施行家庭暴力并强奸，导致妻子被迫堕胎，妻子左松梅一纸诉讼将丈夫王斌天告上法庭。昨天下午，该案在中山市第一人民法院开庭。庭审过程中，左松梅请求法院判决她与被告离婚，并要求被告赔偿20万元，公开向她及其父母赔礼道歉。王斌天为中山市中级法院的书记员。据悉，王斌天昨日已被停职。目前，此案仍在进一步审理中。

妻子发帖曝光丈夫虐待

“我是一名来自外地的女孩，今年才回国，在家人介绍下认识了我现在的老公。他在中山中级法院民事二厅工作是名书记员，名字叫王斌天，是名国家公务员。”1月17日，左松梅在天涯论坛发表一篇《变态公务员打已怀孕老婆和岳父，并多次在公共场所强奸老婆》的帖子，引起舆论关注。帖中表示，身为公务员的丈夫时常对她实施暴力，并多次在公共场所向她实施婚内强奸，导致刚怀孕3个月的她被迫接受引产手术。

左松梅向记者回忆，2011年12月16日傍晚，因把一只保温杯弄丢，刚从吉林老家回到中山的她被王斌天的母亲挡在家门口。左松梅向王斌天求助时，丈夫却予以责骂并拳脚相向，还将她的衣物、日用品扔到门外。

当王斌天看到赶来劝架的丈人时，抡起椅子向左松梅和丈人砸去。丈人为保护怀有3个月身孕的女儿，和王斌天扭打起来，期间，左松梅也受了伤。记者在2011年12月16日中山市人民医院开具的疾病证明书上看到，医生对左松梅的诊断是早孕、腹部和左臂挫伤。

丈夫称妻子全是谎言

为了证实左松梅所说是否属实，记者根据她提供的地址，于1月31日前往王斌天位于颐和山庄的家中。王斌天对记者说：“左松梅说的全是谎言。”王斌天的父亲说，婚后左松梅脾气比较暴躁，容易生气。去年11月左松梅刚怀孕时，由于一点小事，便把家里所有能摔的东西都摔坏。书房里的那台电脑就是当时被她摔坏的，厨房里到处是被她摔坏的酒。在厨房地板上，记者看到几块有撞击痕迹的瓷砖。

对于左松梅的说法，其丈夫一概予以否认。王斌天向记者表示，现阶段事件已进入司法程序，对此他暂时不发表任何意见。对于去年12月16日晚发生的打斗，王斌天说，当晚是妻子与丈人一起和他撕扯，抡起椅子是妻子而不是他，打斗过程中他也受了伤。他向记者出示了中山市人民医院开具的疾病证明书及当晚受伤后染血的衬衣，记者在诊断书中看到，王斌天肩部挫伤。
