夫妻共同饮用芹菜汁可促进性爱和谐

　　青翠爽口的芹菜在餐桌上很多见。近日，美国出版了一本新书《永远健康的十步》，其中有一章节就提出，对男性而言，芹菜是“蔬菜中的伟哥”，具有良好的助性效果，夫妻共同饮用芹菜汁更能促进性生活和谐。

　　浙江中医药大学附属第二医院男科中心吕伯东教授介绍，芹菜是种营养丰富、具有一定保健作用和药用价值的蔬菜。100克芹菜中含蛋白质2.2克，钙8.5毫克，磷61毫克，铁8.5毫克，以及丰富的胡萝卜素和多种维生素，蛋白质含量比一般瓜果蔬菜高1倍，铁含量为番茄的20倍左右。

　　芹菜的降压作用为人们所熟知，对血管硬化、神经衰弱亦有辅助治疗作用。但它最明显的功效是促进性兴奋。西方一度将芹菜称为“夫妻菜”，古希腊僧侣曾将之列为禁食，主要是因为芹菜含有雄性激素，能刺激勃起，还会使男性体味更好闻。

　　值得一提的是，不少家庭吃芹菜时只吃茎不吃叶，这不太科学。芹菜叶片的营养价值很高，如有10项指标都超过了茎，包括钙、铁、钾、维生素A和C等。如果不太习惯芹菜的口感，不妨将它榨成汁饮用，一样会有不错的“助性效果”。
