中国共产党新闻网北京12月22日电　（记者 王新玲）2011年12月26日是毛主席诞辰118周年纪念日，为缅怀领袖丰功伟绩，今日10时，中共中央文献研究室副主任李捷做客人民网·中国共产党新闻网，以“正确看待和评价毛泽东同志的是非功过”为题与网友在线交流。有网友问，《党的若干历史问题的决议》里对毛泽东功过评价没有简单用“三七开”或“四六开”，而是用了“远远大于”这个词来形容是何原因，李捷回答说，这样一个理由很简单，就是这样来表达更科学，也更加贴近真实。

搞历史研究，大家希望既要定性研究，也要定量研究。所谓定性研究，比如说这个历史决议讲的，他的功绩远远大于他的过失，功绩是第一位的，错误是第二位的，这就是定性的分析。同时，搞历史研究的又不满足于这个，想要有一点定量的分析，比如究竟是“三七开”还是“四六开”等等。我觉得作为个人的历史的研究，这个是可以的，是无碍大局的。但是着重一个党的决议里面的郑重的评价，有这样一个定性的分析是非常必要的。
