5月26日以来，公安部开展的“清网行动”迅速席卷全国，一张张追捕网上逃犯的天罗地网迅速铺开，一个个逃了5年、10年、20年的犯罪嫌疑人纷纷落网。在“清网行动”截止的最后几天里，那些还抱侥幸心理的在逃者们，把握机会，尽快自首吧，逃是逃不脱的！

潜逃10年改了姓名也没用

当民警在宾馆找到她时，她正坐在床上给5岁的女儿织毛衣。12月5日上午，在杀死丈夫潜逃近10年之后，嫌疑人曹小玲被咸阳渭城警方抓获。2002年农历大年初五，渭城警方在周陵镇（现周陵街道办）陈老户寨村一出租房内发现一具男尸。经侦查，死者陈某系清涧县人，是被人用榔头击打头部而亡。案发后，其妻曹小玲不知去向，有重大作案嫌疑。同年4月，警方对曹小玲上网追逃，因其更改了身份信息，警方多次追捕未果。多年来，办案民警数次赶到清涧县，给曹小玲的亲属做工作，督促曹投案自首。近日，民警发现曹小玲与其弟有联系，终于锁定曹小玲可能藏匿于洋县。12月5日，民警在洋县一宾馆内将潜逃近10年的曹小玲抓获。

据其交代，她与丈夫结婚后便来咸阳租房居住，丈夫在煤场打工。2002年农历正月初二，她想回娘家，向丈夫陈某要点钱，但陈某当时因赌博输了钱未给她，二人发生口角。当晚睡下后，曹小玲越想越气，遂拿起一把榔头，朝陈某头部击打两下，又用被子捂住陈某致其死亡。随后，曹小玲跑回居住在西安的娘家人处，告知此事。得知家人报警后，她慌忙逃离。

据了解，2005年，曹小玲在逃亡期间与洋县槐树关镇一村民同居并生有一个女儿，用假身份证常年在东莞等地打工。
