  这套动作能够活动到腰背和肩颈部位,能够让长期保持同一姿势工作的身体消除疲惫恢复精神,有利于保持头脑清醒,减轻压力,更加专注于工作。

  1)双脚并拢坐在椅子上,双手五指大张手指轻轻处在耳边,吸气身体缓慢向右边转动,感受背部的伸展,腰背挺直,眼睛看着右后方。

  2)然后慢慢的回正身体,再吸气身体向右边弯曲,保持自然呼吸动作坚持10个呼吸左右,身体回正,然后重复换另外一边重复刚才的动作。
