Unfairly treated Gucci employees at the Shenzhen store reconciled with the employer on Oct. 25 after rounds of negotiation.

The Shenzhen Federation of Trade Unions recently stepped in to settle a labor dispute between a Gucci store in Shenzhen and its staff members over what they call unfair company rules.

Last month, two former staff members of the Gucci store in Shenzhen posted complaints on the Internet that the store mistreated its employees.

One said that the employees have to ask permission from their superior before drinking water and going to the bathroom. One had to stand for more than 10 hours a day even during her pregnancy.

Both were reluctant to give any further information about the reconciliation.
