中新社广州2月3日电 (记者 索有为)中国国务院总理温家宝3日下午与德国总理默克尔在广州共同会见了中德企业家代表。座谈会上，温家宝在谈笑风生之间，回应了德国企业家代表和外界关注的热点问题。

“中国买断欧洲”是笑话

“我想讲个笑话”，温家宝说，“最近欧洲发生债务危机，中国表示愿意和德国乃至整个欧洲加强合作，应对债务危机。于是有人提出来，中国是不是打算买断欧洲。其实这完全是一个不符合现实的笑话。我可以明确地告诉大家，中国没有这样的想法，也没有这样的能力，也没有这样的胃口能买断欧洲。”温家宝还引用数据来说明，他说：“目前中国企业对德国的投资，只相当于德国企业对中国投资的十分之一，因此我们还是刚刚起步。而且我觉得这种相互投资，完全是互利的，而且是严格遵守相互之间的法律的。”

中德合作新领域

温家宝还讲到在来会场的路上与默克尔交谈的内容。温家宝说：“默克尔总理问我中国缺水吗？我告诉她中国水资源缺乏，尤其是北方，当时我们就议论到工业节水、废水的回收利用，包括中水的使用，我想在这方面的技术，我们应该进行交流和合作。”

温家宝对德国西门子公司代表提出的“在除了传统领域的合作以外开辟新的合作领域”的建议表示赞同。温家宝认为在新的合作领域中，最为重要的有三点。第一，高端制造业；第二，高科技；第三，节能环保。温家宝称，节能环保是中德今后合作的重要领域。

保护知识产权不是做给外国人看

温家宝说，我们希望德国能够把先进的节能降耗的技术转让给中国，当然，中国一定会依照国际惯例来保护知识产权。

温家宝进一步表示，我们虽然改革开放只有三十多年的时间，但是中国人越来越认识到，保护知识产权不是做给外国人看，首先是国家利益的需要，因为在国内也同样需要竞争，需要平等的竞争环境，需要知识产权的保护。(完)
