项目内容
本项目拟利用生物柴油副产甘油或外购粗甘油，采用生物发酵法进行生产，年产6万吨1,3-丙二醇。1，3-丙二醇（PDO）是一种重要化工原料，最主要的用途是作为聚合单体合成新型聚酯PTT（聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯），广泛应用于服饰材料、地毯材料、工程塑料、薄膜材料、无纺布等领域；其次，PDO还可以用于医药中间体的合成；另外，PDO作为助剂，在增塑剂、洗涤剂、防腐剂、防冻剂、乳化剂等合成方面也具有一定的市场潜力。
效益预测
按PTT物耗计算，2015年仅PTT行业需1，3-丙二醇大约2.6万吨；加上作为聚氨酯单体、溶剂以及医药中间体等用途的消费，总需求量将达到5.0-6.0万吨。预计2020年国内1，3-丙二醇的需求量将超过10万吨。项目投产后，预计年销售收入87000万元，年利税额15000万元。
建设条件
该项目立足于中石化北海石化产业项目，发挥化工原料优势，延伸产业链条，现已规划石化产业园区60平方公里和相应配套码头岸线，有较完善的供水、供电、交通、航道等配套基础设施。
投资要求
投资强度不低于150万元/亩；各项排污指标达到环评审批要求。

正在编制项目建议书。

Content of
the project
This project makes use of biodiesel byproduct glycerine or outsourcing shoddy glycerine, producing 1,3-propanediol project by biological fermentation with annual output:60000 tons. The 1,3-propylene(PDO) is an important chemical material , widely applied in the fields such as clothes decoration,carpet materials, project plastic,film material and non woven and so on as  polymerization for synthetic new polyester PTT(polytrimethylene terephthalate),in addition to it,it can be also used in the synthesis of pharmaceutival intermediate,POD has good potencial market for the synthesis of plasticizer,washing solution, preservative, antifreezing agent, emulsifying agent.
Estimated market and
benefit
It is calculated based on PTT consumption , the demand is about 26,000 tons of 1,3-Propanediol in 2015, the total requirement will reach 50,000-60,000 tons if its consumption in  ployurethane,solvent and  pharmaceutical intermediate and so on. It is estimated that in 2020, the home market for 1,3-Propanediol will exceed 100,000 tons.As soon the project starts its production,the estimated sales income will be 87,000,000 Yuan, the annual profits and tax will be 15,000,000 Yuan.
Construction
conditions
This project is based on China petroleum chemical projects, making full use of chemical materials advantage,expanding industry chain, the Petroleum Chemical industry zone with 60 square kilometers and corresponding facilities wharf coastal line were planned.There are supporting facilities such as complete water and electricity-supply ,transportation and road.
Investment requirements
Investment intensity: not less than 1,500,000 per Mu, all pollution discharged index should meet the needs of enviroment impact assessment

Corporate Income Tax Law of the People’s Republic of China Detailed Implementation Rule(the State of council Order, No.512), Western Development Policy(Fiscal & Taxation Policy[2011]No.58 ),Relevant preferential policy of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (issued by Guangxi ZBF[2007]137,Guangxi ZF[2008]61,Guangxi ZF[2009]54, Guangxi ZF[2009]104 and Guangxi ZF[2010]76, Guangxi ZF[2010]21), and related regulations such as Beihai Industry Park encouragement and industry supporting policies are carried out.
