Oh, she's just being Miley.
The 19-year-old former Disney star posed in racy photos from boyfriend Liam Hemsworth's 22nd birthday bash over the weekend, including several of her chowing down on some birthday cake.
The only problem being, of course, that the cake was made in the shape of a penis, and Cyrus wasn't so much munching timidly as she was lewdly licking the phallic concoction.

Other images show the former child star with knife in hand, ready to take a slice out of the sexual birthday cake.
In other photos from the party, Miley is seen dancing about with a large carafe filled to the brim with an orange drink in hand.

Sources at the party say the underage singer was sipping on alcohol and raging the night away, according to TMZ.
Cyrus' reps have thus far not been reachable for comment.
