国际在线消息：针对南宁市朝阳商圈某些治安问题屡遭市民投诉的情况，南宁市兴宁公安分局经仔细摸排，于2012年1月7日晚展开了突击整治行动。令人大跌眼镜的是，当晚打击色情交易行动中，被警方带回的14名美艳“站街女”，竟然清一色全是男儿身。

22天接21条治安投诉

从去年11月1日至12月22日，南宁警方先后接到了21个反映朝阳商业圈治安混乱的市民来电：11月5日，一外地人黄先生反映，近几天，他发现每天上午10时至次日零时许，有几十人在朝阳广场附近的昆仑关临时旅游汽车站点进行色情交易；11月27日，市民韦先生反映，近几个月来，每天上午9时至晚上10 时许，有近百人分布在朝阳溪边聚众赌“三公”……。

另有市民反映，有人在朝阳广场的22路公交车站、南京路、济南路、共和路、北宁街以及中山路等地，伺机盗抢市民钱财，威胁人身财产安全；12月12日又有一雷姓市民反映，近半个月来，一伙男性青年在兴宁区北宁街、青秀区中山路附近，以年轻女性为主要对象，盗抢市民的手机和钱包……

22天内，21个投诉来电共涉及朝阳商业圈的盗抢、赌博、贩卖“六合彩”资料和淫秽光碟，以及色情交易等多方面问题，影响恶劣。

抓获14名美艳“站街女”

接到上级指示后，南宁市兴宁公安分局迅速安排便衣力量，对朝阳商业圈展开各种摸底调查，并于今年1月7日晚，出动警力及巡防力量近70人，对朝阳商业圈内的色情交易现象进行整治。

当晚8时30分，数十名便衣民警及巡防队员在朝阳警务站准备行动。行动负责人告诉记者，当晚行动共分3组，第一组警力其实早已分布到朝阳花园以及小金山三角地带等“站街女”频繁出现的地带进行摸排。“现在已经收到消息，已有数名目标人物出现了，如果有突发情况，第一组警力会率先将人控制住。”该负责人说道。

8 时45分，随着一声令下，两组警力分头步行至朝阳花园内以及小金山三角地带处，对已被锁定的十多名“站街女”实施抓捕。当记者跟随其中一组民警穿过朝阳花园，快步走到花园靠近人民路一处时，一名身材高挑、身穿黑色网袜及高筒皮靴的长发“女子”发现不对劲，突然迈开大步狂奔起来，几名便衣在迅速控制住另外4 名“站街女”后，经一路急追，最终在望火楼对面将那名狂奔“女子”抓获。

参加当晚行动的另一组人员，则在距离昆仑关临时旅游汽车站点约十多米处暗访时，发现了七八名衣着暴露、身材窈窕的“女子”，不停向一些路过的单身男子搭讪，在此后的十多分钟里，这群“站街女”先后搭讪了七八名男子。看时机成熟后，民警果断从几个方向同时进行包抄，当场将9名“女子”成功控制住并带上警车。

“美女”全是男儿身

警方的行动很快引来许多群众的围观，一开始，在柔美的城市霓虹灯的照映下，许多不知情的群众还对这群“站街女”的美艳品论一番，尔后警车强灯照射，大家很快从“站街女”们突起的喉结、长长的假发中看出了异常。原来，这些浓妆艳抹、打扮妖娆的美女，清一色全系男儿身。

被带到派出所后，14名“站街女”一开口，发出的全是粗粗的男声，其中不少人还理直气壮地狡辩。一戴着黑框眼镜的男子说：“我就是喜欢打扮成女人的样子，喜欢走在街上，喜欢有陌生男人跟我搭讪、叫我"小姐"，这有什么不可以吗？”对此，民警严厉地回应道：“不管你作何打扮，你们进行色情交易就是违法，你不知道吗？”此话一出，众人鸦雀无声。

其中一名姓蓝的长发男子向民警坦言，自己从小就喜欢当女孩，一年前花钱做了隆胸、隆鼻、割双眼皮等整容手术后，便到南宁专职做起了色情交易，每做一单就能获利100元钱，而那些曾与其交易过的男子，都不知道“她”的真实性别。
