The death of North Korean dictator Kim Jong-Il is hitting one South Korean man particularly hard.

The French Press Agency reports Kim Young Sik is a lookalike for the dictator and has been moonlighting as the "Dear Leader" on TV and film and in commercials for the past decade.

The 61-year-old father of two is worried he'll be forced to hang up his tailor-made green suits and large glasses -- quote -- "People try to comfort me saying some figures are more famous when they're dead, but I don't think it will be the case with Kim."

Washington, D.C. ending the year on a costly note. The District will have to fork over about $1 million in attorneys' fees four years after losing the historic case over D.C.'s effort to ban handguns, which was ultimately decided by the Supreme Court.

The original plaintiff has now filed a fresh suit challenging the city's subsequent laws setting out numerous registration requirements for handgun owners.
