　　尽管由于天气原因导致广西甘蔗出糖率下降、白糖总产量可能低于此前预期（从目前情况来看，全广西甘蔗糖分平均较去年下降0.3%～0.4%，这将造成食糖总产量减少20万-25万吨），但我们预计2011年12月榨季，全国产糖量仍将有望接近1200万吨，同比增加14.83%。

　　我们认为，新糖上市以及低价进口大量补充了市场供应（进口到国内市场销售的完全成本仅为6000-6200元/吨），但是销售情况并不乐观，我们预计国内现货糖价可能将继续弱势走低。

　　国际方面，2011-2012年制糖期全球食糖仍将增产，新年度全球市场库存将过剩（供应过剩量可能达到700-800万吨）。

　　其中欧洲、俄罗斯糖产量增加。最大的产糖国巴西糖库存与去年持平，短期内将向国际市场供应白糖。俄罗斯本年度甜菜糖产量预期仍将创纪录，产量可能在460万-515万吨之间，俄罗斯过去曾是主要糖进口国，但是今年进口量大幅减少。

　　我们认为，全球原糖增产利空糖市基本面，同时全球经济增速放缓也影响商品市场需求，预计短期国际白糖期货价格将继续弱势下跌。中信证券
