　　在澳大利亚也有一位母亲，因为儿子患有“对立违抗性障碍”，对很多化学成分异常敏感。出于对孩子的爱，她悉心研究了我们身边的各种生活用品和食物中的潜在危险，一点一点亲身试验，揪出了隐藏在日常生活中的“十大毒物”。

　　1、漱口水中的酒精。

　　漱口水能帮助清洁牙齿和口腔，带来清新口气。但其中一种必不可少的原料——酒精，却可能使身体更容易受到致癌物质的伤害。澳大利亚国家癌症研究所2009年公布的研究报告表明，漱口水的酒精含量为25%或者更高，它与口腔、舌头和咽喉的癌变相关。

　　2、面包中的防腐剂。

　　面包松软可口，在很多人看来是顿健康早餐。但你知道吗，面包除了含小麦、牛奶和糖以外，还有一种名叫丙酸钙（E282）的防腐剂。

　　这种防腐剂在20多年前被悄悄引入面包中，它是种无色、无味的白色粉末，人们无法通过外观、气味和味道分辨出来。它对人体的危害是一点点慢慢积累起来的，研究证明，它与上肠道失调和偏头痛有关，还会导致孩子学习困难和持续性疲劳。
