美国国务院发言人纽兰20号在例行新闻发布会上表示，美国和朝鲜19号通过朝鲜驻联合国的渠道进行了工作接触。这是金正日去世后两国政府之间的首次正式接触。

纽兰说，当天的接触是就恢复对朝粮援讨论一些有待解决的问题，只是技术性的会谈。但鉴于朝鲜目前处于全国哀悼期，年内可能很难解决这些问题。对于有媒体询问美国国务卿希拉里19号晚就金正日去世发表声明的中未使用哀悼一词，纽兰表示美方认为不适合用这一措词。

关于第三次朝美对话，纽兰表示美国还未做出决定。

环球网视频报道 据台湾媒体12月20日报道，美国国务卿希拉里(Hillary Clinton)日前与日本外相玄叶光一郎会面，谈及了朝鲜问题。不过，希拉里却在金正日去世后的记者会上身穿艳丽的红衣，意外引起关注。

后金正日时代 美日韩一致同意密切合作

据报道，为了应对当前复杂的局势，希拉里于当地时间19日与玄叶光一郎会谈。但是，希拉里却在金正日去世后的记者会上，穿上鲜艳的红色外套，成为另类话题。报道称，针对朝鲜领导人金正日的突然去世，美国与日本一致同意美日韩三国应紧密合作以确保亚太地区和平稳定。另外，希拉里也强调，美国已与六方会谈的其他国家政府取得联系，以便重新启动六方会谈。

希拉里在重要场合的着装，是否传递某种特殊信息，已经不至一次引发了外界的关注。

当地时间19日，希拉里与到访的日本外相玄叶光一郎共同会见记者，这是希拉里首次在公开场合回应朝鲜领导人金正日的死讯。

凤凰卫视辩论会主持人程鹤麟在微博中指出，希拉里当时是穿红色衣服出席记者会，显示了美国并没有解决朝鲜问题的诚意。他表示，中国人说，“死者为大”，就以西方礼俗，希拉里如此穿着也不得体。

不过媒体也注意到，希拉里当天红衣上有几颗显眼的黑色大扣子，整体而言，当天希拉里的着装构成了红与黑的搭配。

本月稍早前，希拉里作为半个世纪来首次访问缅甸的美国国务卿，其会缅甸重要政治人物时的着装，也引发了关注。

希拉里随后在仰光会见缅甸反对派领导人昂山素季的场景，则让外界更有理由相信她试图通过着装传递某种特殊信息。希拉里与昂山苏姬不仅都身着一身白装，希拉里本人甚至连发型都改成了与昂山一样的马尾辨。

凤凰卫视国际问题观察员周轶君，对此场景的评论是，看看希拉里的发型，就知道什么叫“模仿是最高级的崇拜”。

如果希拉里试图通过着装传递特殊信息的观点，并非无稽之谈。

在首次回应金正日死讯的记者会上，希拉里的着装显然并非毫无意义。很显然，纯黑色着装并不十分符合美国官方的既定立场，这会被理解为美国政府对金正日之死表示哀悼，红色为主搭配黑色扣子的着装，未必是为了显示对朝鲜的敌意，或许也可以理解为对朝鲜红色政权，一点点象徵性的哀悼。

环球网记者张哲报道，韩联社12月21日报道称，朝鲜劳动党中央军事委员会副委员长金正恩在朝鲜国防委员长金正日逝世的消息发布前，向全军下达了“金正恩大将命令1号”。有指责称，韩国政府在金正日逝世消息发布前未能掌握上述情报，显示出对朝谍报收集、分析系统存在漏洞。

报道称，韩国政府一位高级消息人士21日表示，金正恩在金正日逝世消息发布之前，向全军下达了“金正恩大将命令1号”，这是反映金正恩完全掌握着人民军指挥权的一个例证。

该人士称，“金正恩大将命令1号”要求全军停止训练并立即归队，而这是金正恩下达的首个命令，暗示其即将升任人民军最高司令官。

据悉，韩国政府和情报部门在金正日委员长去世消息发布前并不知情，而是在去世消息发布之后通过分析情报才掌握到的。
