中央经济工作会议指出，牢牢把握发展实体经济这一坚实基础，努力营造鼓励脚踏实地、勤劳创业、实业致富的社会氛围。（12月14日 新华网）
中央经济工作会议提出了四个“牢牢把握”，作为第二个的“牢牢把握发展实体经济这一坚实基础”格外受关注，大部分网友都给予肯定和极高评价。
近十年来，房地产快速发展的同时，也出现价格非理性飞涨，股市也因炒作投机而大起大落。更加令人惊讶的是，炒作投机之风从房地产、股市向其他领域蔓延：大蒜生姜等农副产品、艺术品、煤炭资源等都竟然被炒作得热火朝天，泡沫泛起。在炒作投机兴盛的同时，另一边是实体经济空心化越来越越严重。这就使得社会大量资源包括资金、资本等都弃实业而进入投机炒作行业，这种状况恶化了中国经济结构。
更加需要注意的是，炒作现象已经在影响着国人的思想观念，许多人特别是很多年轻人做着一夜暴富的美梦，都在想方设法、朝思暮想怎样投机取巧赚大钱。与此同时，踏踏实实想做实业、搞实体经济的人少了，一心扑在创造社会财富、实业实体致富的人少了。
中央经济工作会议提出：“牢牢把握发展实体经济这一坚实基础，努力营造鼓励脚踏实地、勤劳创业、实业致富的社会氛围”，堪称对症下药。发展实体经济，把生产力、资源都转移到实体经济上，把国人从投机炒作氛围中解救出来，培育脚踏实地、勤劳创业、实业致富的思想和社会氛围，对中国经济乃至整个社会都是非常必要的，这是中国经济乃至整个社会之根本。
笔者认为，首先，政府层面需要进一步出台鼓励发展实体实业经济的政策，包括税收、信贷政策等；其次，要加大对实体经济的资源配置，并通过调控引导各类资源进入实体经济；此外，要出台有力措施，制约和限制各种投机炒作的行为。
股市、楼市暴涨暴利时代已经过去。投机炒作的股市和泡沫风险容易泛起的楼市短时期内不会有好行情，提醒投资者注意。但发展实体经济对股市构成长期利好，实体经济发展好了最终又能促进股市的发展，而且股市的这种发展是以实体经济良性发展为基础的，是没有泡沫和风险的发展。
