中国渔船船长被押往警局

韩国仁川法院15日对扣押的9名中国船员发布拘捕令。中国船长程大伟的罪名是“杀人”，但程大伟否认“杀人事实”。

15日下午，被抓的中国船长程大伟及另外8名船员在仁川地方法院接受调查。韩国媒体拍摄的照片显示，程大伟戴着白色口罩，在警察押送下进入法庭，他太阳穴附近有擦伤，眼部一大块淤青非常明显。其他中国船员都身披黄色马甲，戴着手铐。

韩国YTN电视台报道称，程大伟一直否认“杀人事实”，但韩国国家科学搜查院的检验结果足以证明他“杀人”。韩联社说，仁川地方法院15日晚做出裁定，对9名中国船员发布拘捕令，程大伟的罪名是“杀人”，其余8名船员的罪名是“妨碍特殊公务执行”。
