看一看的英文怎么说:十个关键字，经理人必须懂

全球最大零售商Wal-Mart创办人Sam Walton，曾经写下企业成功经营的十大法则。这十条准则中的关键字，都是「动词」。牢牢记住这些动词，不只要把它们输入你脑中的英文数据库，还要落实在每天的经营管理上。
准则一：Commit（投入）
Commit to your business. Believe in it more than anybody else.
全力投入。
准则二：Share（分享）
Share your profits with all your associates, and treat them as partners. In turn, they will treat you as a partner,
and together you will all perform beyond your wildest expectations.
和同仁分享利润，并视他们为伙伴。
准则三：Motivate（激励）
Motivate your partners. Set high goals, encourage competition, and then keep score.
Make bets with outrageous payoffs.

准则四：Communicate（沟通）
Communicate everything you possibly can to your partners. Information is power,
and the gain you get from empowering your associates more than offsets the risk of informing your competitors.

准则五：Appreciate（感激）
Appreciate everything your associates do for the business.
Nothing else can quite substitute for a few well-chosen, well-timed, sincere words of praise.

准则六：Celebrate（赞美）
Celebrate your success. Loosen up, and everybody around you will loosen up.

准则七：Listen（聆听）
Listen to everyone in your company and figure out ways to get them talking.
To push responsibility down in your organization, and to force good ideas to bubble up within it,
you must listen to what your associates are trying to tell you.

准则八：Exceed（超越）
Exceed your customer's expectations. Make good on all your mistakes, and don't make excuses--apologize.

准则九：Control（掌握）
Control your expenses better than your competition.
You can make a lot of different mistakes and still recover if you run an efficient operation.
Or you can be brilliant and still go out of business if you're too inefficient.
比竞争者更能控制成本。
准则十：Swim upstream（逆境求生）
Swim upstream. If everybody else is doing it one way,
there's a good chance you can find your niche by going in exactly the opposite direction.
逆境求生。
