真实的霍元甲：曾入黑社会 后人忙挣钱少练武

不过，在一次募捐演出中，霍东阁的助演轰动了泗水城。他对华侨们高呼：“我知道你们都是热心爱国的，读书不忘国文，讲话不忘国语，唱歌不忘国歌，但可惜的是，大家还缺少一样东西，就是中国的武术。”后来，泗水的新闻界、教育界开始关注这位宣扬国粹精神的武术后代，并对他大力宣传，借助这个机会，霍东阁在泗水站稳了脚跟。

在泗水，霍东阁不仅将精武精神发扬光大，还成了名医。霍自正告诉记者，霍家有祖传的接骨疗伤秘方，还有一种自制奇药“神力丸”，常吃可以增长气力。靠着家传秘方，再加上自学研制，霍东阁成了爪哇岛的著名医药师。“那里的霍家后代如今生意做得最大的，就是祖父创下的药业集团。”

1960年，霍东阁在印尼万隆去世，霍自正说：“爷爷后半生是在南洋度过的，他内心应该很孤独，后来也没有机会再回到祖国。”

精武会发展壮大

霍东阁离开中国后，发展精武会的任务主要由当地有财力和实力的知名人士承担，而教学任务就落在了农劲荪及霍家弟子刘振声等人的身上。由于孙中山的支持和媒体的宣传，精武会发展的脚步一直没有停过。

从1910年到1920年，精武会10年中将会员发展至1100余人。全国各地纷纷建立精武分会并邀请上海总会教师前往指导。1920年7月3日，应华侨人士的邀请，上海精武会5名骨干赴香港、越南、新加坡、马来西亚和印度尼西亚等地宣传精武精神并建立分会，在精武会历史上称为“五使下南洋”。此后，暹罗（泰国）、澳门、美国、加拿大等国家和地区也相继有了精武会。

霍自正介绍，精武会提倡“体、智、德”三育并进，且逐步确立了初、中、高三级的“精武三十套武术基本套路”；德育上以“爱国、修身、正义、助人”为核心。如今，精武会在全球一共有58个分会。它不仅教授武艺、体操，还设立了摄影、音乐等部门和各种书报团、励志团，注重综合培养。

不过，从霍东阁离开后，“霍家在国内的人与精武会就没什么联系了，大部分人都在务农。伯父雅亭和父亲喜欢学习、看书、画画。伯父后来到天津市当工人，而父亲开了一家私塾授课。”霍自正说。

尤其让霍自正感慨的是，武术这门国粹在中国渐渐衰落，在国外却越来越火。“去年霍元甲百年纪念，美国、英国、日本、加拿大等国家的精武会都来了，美国和马来西亚的领袖对精武会给予了很高的评价，说精武会讲爱国、强身、正义、助人，对政府和人民影响很大，外国人的积极性很高。”

霍家后代练武的少

霍家后人如今居住得很分散。霍东阁当年去南洋，带的是大哥霍东章的长子霍寿嵩。霍寿嵩传承了霍家医术，其子霍公正如今也是当地的名医，是霍家子孙中最富有的一位。霍自正经常受邀前往印尼。他向记者描述：“霍公正家在泗水市中心的旧房子有500平方米，是用20公斤黄金置下的。如今又建了新别墅，占地1000平方米，富丽堂皇，司机、门卫、园丁、保姆都有，很奢华。”据霍自正介绍，霍东阁的三儿子文亮的后代现生活在印尼万隆。

在国内，霍东阁大儿子雅亭一家一直住在天津市区，二儿子文亭一家留在家乡小南河村。“我们时而也有联系，但天南地北的，能聚在一起的机会也少了。”

在霍自正看来，霍元甲后辈中，只有自己的侄女霍静虹还在从事和武术相关的职业，在天津财经学院当武术老师。“但她练的也不都是霍家功夫，霍家后代里没有高手，都只是喜好，毕竟大家都忙着挣钱嘛，练武没有太多的经济来源。霍家武功没有被后代很好地继承。”霍自正坦诚地讲。

不过，在霍元甲的家乡小南河村，村民们业余锻炼时，依然会凑在一起切磋武艺。“虽然大家做的工作都与武术没有什么关系了，但是还会把它当兴趣来练。小孩子们聚在一起打斗一下；岁数大的，练武主要为了健身。”

霍自正现在是村里霍元甲文武学校名誉校长。他的一儿一女都成了家，开了几家服装店。“我们就是平常百姓，不过，村里人对我们都很尊敬。我以前是村里工厂的车间主任兼副厂长，60岁退休，现在村里还给我一个村委会委员的职务干着。我和老伴每年都有两万多块钱的收入，吃喝不愁，还有富余。霍家本来就是农民出身，做农民挺好，我们家族里的人都是这种心态。”
