在使用用友T3时，经常出现“运行时错误70，拒绝的权限”的问题，这是由于HOSTS文件丢失或者损坏造成的，原因不明，但以下方法可以解决：1、找到c盘-windows-system32-drivers\etc目录下的HOSTS文件，把其只读的属性去掉即可；2、去别的正常的电脑上直接拷HOSTS文件到自己的电脑上（c盘-windows-system32-drivers\etc）也可（这个得依赖别的电脑是正常的）；3、另外的方法，本人没试过，只是网上流转的方法：在桌面上新建一个hosts文件，是记事本格式的，把下面的文件复制进去。
