　　我家小儿子三猪三岁时，小小年纪就有了口头禅，不管自己还是别人做了什么，他都要缀一句“GoodJob！”（干得好！）

　　有一天，我和幼儿园的老师说起这事儿，老师笑着问我：“你平时怎么表扬他？”我想想好像自己说的就是“GoodJob”这一句。

　　老师说：“这就对了，孩子都是跟大人学的，无论是行为还是语言。这句话一定是被你用了无数次以后，在他心里被强化成了最有力量的表扬话。”

　　老师建议我以后试试其他表扬鼓励孩子的话，淡化这句“GoodJob”的作用。

　　原来是我这当妈的语言单调造成了孩子的毛病。

　　下一次再见到老师，她拿出一张纸递给我说：“这个或许对你有帮助。”接过来一看，上面打印的是：101句表扬孩子的话（101waystopraiseachild）。

　　我看了之后大受启发，表扬孩子的话可以如此丰富多彩啊！

　　后来，我在很多美国人家里都发现了这101句赞美词，一般都把它贴在冰箱上、门上、起居室里等显眼的可以随时看到的地方。美国父母每天都会对孩子说些赞美的话，也会每天给孩子拥抱和亲吻，“我爱你”更是随时挂在嘴上。

　　最关键的一点是：父母的赞美和欣赏要发自真心，不能敷衍了事。

　　我觉得上面那些话不仅可以用在孩子身上，也可以在和配偶、朋友、同事等人打交道的时候使用，不一定局限在101句，可以根据中文的特点分场合地点地恰当运用，效果一定比“挺好”“不错”“对”这样普普通通的字眼好，会成为人际关系中绝佳的润滑剂。
