微博炫富女郭美美的玛莎拉蒂跑车才到手一个月多，就和一辆奥迪车发生碰撞，至今还在4S店修理中。她将奥迪车主、司机和保险公司告上法庭。除此前索赔的45万元修车费外，郭美美还索赔被撞跑车贬值损失等21万元。昨天上午，朝阳法院开庭审理了此案。

郭美美代理律师称，今年5月28日晚，郭美美开着玛莎拉蒂在朝阳区金桐东路北口由西往东方向正常行驶，中粮集团员工吴先生开着一辆奥迪车由东向南驶来。因吴先生没有优先让行，追尾了玛莎拉蒂跑车。两辆车外观均有损坏，郭美美部分身体皮肤被擦伤。交管部门认定，吴先生负此次事故全责，郭美美无责。

事发后，郭美美将玛莎拉蒂送到北京唯一一家玛莎拉蒂4S店修理，并自己垫付了修车费41万余元。郭美美代理律师出具了一份评估报告显示，这辆玛莎拉蒂跑车左后叶子板和左侧车门受损，贬值金额为21.3万元。所以，郭美美新增诉求，请求法院判令3被告赔偿玛莎拉蒂贬值损失及鉴定费用，加上修车费共计67万余元。

3被告均表示郭美美索赔数额过高，申请重新鉴定修车费和贬值损失。中粮集团的代理人称，郭美美的玛莎拉蒂跑车只有叶子板和车门表面损坏，未影响车的主体或发动机，不存在贬值损失。吴先生的代理人说，玛莎拉蒂还在维修初期，4S店就鉴定出修车费高达41万余元，明显不合常理，且数额太高。中国人保公司的代理人说，因此次车祸并没有人身伤害，保险公司不予先行赔付。

昨天，朝阳法院并未当庭宣判此案。
