豬肝二枚洗如常法. 人參去芦半兩, 糯米三合, 乾姜二錢炮, 川椒去目及不開者二錢微炒, 蔥白七莖去鬚. ( 起按 : 芦即參頭, 目即椒中黑子. )                                                 
右諸藥搗細末, 入米和合, 入豬肚中縫合, 水五升, 鐺中慢火煮熟, 空心食已, 飲酒一盃. ( 起按 : 鐺即有腳的鍋子.

002. 枸杞煎, 治老人虛弱                                                      

生枸杞根細剉一斗, 以水五斗, 煮取一斗五升, 澄清. 白羊脊骨一具, 剉碎煮去滓.        
右用枸杞汁煮羊骨水, 縮至五升, 乃濾去骨, 以甕合盛, 每用一合, 食前溫酒一盞調服

003. 製羊頭                                                                          

白羊頭蹄一具草火燒, 令黃色, 刮去皮. 胡椒蓽發各半兩, 乾生姜半兩, 葱白切, 豆鼓各半升.

羊肝一具去筋膜(月空)細切. 羊脊(月寅)肉二條細切.   麯末半兩. 枸杞根五斤剉水一斗五升者, 以四升去滓.                                                                                                          
右用枸杞汁煮肉, 令爛入鼓一小盞, 葱白七莖, 切碎, 以五味調和作羹, 空腹食令飽, 三日止, 慎食如上方

013. 竹葉粥, 治老人鬲上風熱, 目赤頭疼, 視不見物                 

竹葉五十片淨洗. 石膏三兩. 沙糖一兩. 粳米三合.                                                        
右以水三大盞, 煎竹葉石膏去滓, 取一盞澄清, 煮粥熟, 入糖食之.            
               
014. 磁石豬腎羹, 治老人耳聾                                                 

磁石搗碎半斤水掏去赤汁, 綿裹. 豬腎一對去脂膜細切.                                                 
右以水七升煮磁石, 取二升, 去石入腎, 以葱鼓姜椒鹽酒調和作羹, 空腹食, 作粥亦可.

015. 鹿腎粥, 治腎氣虛損耳聾                                               

鹿腎一對去筋膜細切. 粳米二合.                                                                                     
右以鼓汁煮作粥, 五味和, 空腹食之, 或羹, 或酒, 皆可.      
016. 鯉腦粥, 治老人耳聾                                                             
鯉魚腦, 粳米.                                                                                                                    
右以五味和, 作粥空腹食之.  
017. 豬腎粥, 治老人虛耳  
豬腎一對去膜細切. 葱白二根去鬚切. 薤白七莖去鬚切. 人參二分為末, 防風二分去蘆為末, 粳米二合.                                                                                                                   
右先以米及藥物著水下鍋煮, 候粥熟, 門中心下腎, 莫打動, 慢火更煮良久, 入五味, 空腹下服. 
018. 壯陽煖下藥餅, 治五勞七傷, 遺精數溺  附子一兩炮去皮臍. 神麯三兩. 乾姜三兩炮. 桂心一兩. 棗三十枚去皮核. 五味子, 肉從蓉一兩半酒浸一宿, 刮去皺皮炙乾. 川椒半兩去目及閉口者微炒出汁. 兔絲子一兩酒浸二宿, 暴乾為末. 羊髓三兩. 酥二兩. 蜜四兩. 黃牛乳一升半. 白麵一升.    
右以藥作細末入麵, 用酥髓蜜乳相和, 入紅棗熟, 搜於盆中, 蓋覆勿令通風, 半日頃, 即取出再搜, 令熟, 赶捍作胡餅, 面上以筋琢之, 入爐鏊中, 上下以火(火專)熟, 每日空腹食一枚, 一方入酵亦佳.    
019. 雌雞粥, 治老人五勞七傷, 益下元, 壯氣海, 年少虛損者亦宜服                                                                                               
黃雌雞一隻去毛臟. 生薯蓣一兩. 粳米二合. 肉從蓉酒浸一宿去皺皮. 阿魏少許服,   右先將雞爛煮去骨, 取汁下米及肉藥同煮, 下五味, 空腹食.                                            

020. 羊腎從蓉羹, 治勞傷衰弱                                                 

羊腎一對去筋膜脂細切. 肉從蓉一兩酒浸二宿, 刮去皺皮.                                              
右和作羹, 著葱白鹽, 如常法煮食.

022 骨汁煮餅, 治虛損昏聾                                                      

大羊尾骨一條, 水五大盞, 煮取一半. 葱白五莖去鬚切. 荊芥一握. 陳皮一兩, 湯浸去白. 羊肉四兩細切. 麵三兩.                                                                                             
右以骨汁煮藥去滓用汁, 搜麵作索餅, 却以羊肉入汁煮, 和以五味, 食之.        
         
023 羊肉粥, 治羸瘦壯筋骨                                                
       
羊肉二斤. 黃耆生剉. 人參, 茯苓各一兩. 大棗五個. 粳米二合.                                  
右以肉去皮, 留四兩, 細切, 餘肉用水五大盞, 並藥同煮至三盞, 去滓, 用汁入米煮粥, 臨熟, 下切了生肉更煮, 入五味調和, 食之.                                                                        
  
024 雞子索餅, 治虛損瘦弱
雞子清四兩. 白麵四兩. 羊肉四兩炒作(月霍). (起按:古人有菜曰羹, 無菜曰(月霍), (月霍)又作(月?).)  右以雞子清搜麵作索餅, 於鼓汁中煮熟, 入五味調和食
025 石英水粥, 治虛損風濕, 肢節痺疼                                    

白石英二十兩. 磁石三十兩.                                                                                             
右並搥碎, 甕盛以水二斗浸, 露天安, 夜晴則揭去蓋, 每日取水作粥, 取一升則加新水一升, 服之經年, 氣力強盛, 顏如童子. 
026 羊肉羹, 治虛損風濕                                                         
羊肉四兩. 白麵六兩. 生姜汁二合.                                                                                   
右以姜汁搜麵, 入鼓汁煮, 和以五味椒葱, 以肉作(月霍), 一日一食

027 藿菜羹, 治胃虐不進食                                                     

右以藿菜四兩, 鯽魚肉五兩, 同作羹常食

034 石脂餛飩, 治老人虛冷氣痢                                             

赤石脂五兩水飛. 白麵六兩.                                                                                             
右合和作之煮, 熟下葱醬五味, (月霍)頭, 空心食, 三四遍即瘥

神麯炙搗末二兩, 青梁米四合.                                                                                           
右和作粥空心食之, 常服溫中極佳.                                                                                   

039 車前子粥, 治老人小便毒熱                                             

車前子五合, 綿包, 以水二升, 煎汁一升半. 青梁米三合.                                                  
右汁煮米作飯, 空心服,   日二服. 水加多作飲, 兼能明目. 
040 枸杞飲, 治老人煩渴口乾                                                  
枸杞根白皮一升, 小麥一合, 粳米三合研.                                                                        
右以水一斗, 煮前二味, 取汁七升, 下米作飲, 湯即服之.

冬瓜半個去皮, 鼓心二合綿包, 葱白半握.                                                                         
右煮作羹, 下五味和, 常食, 作粥尤佳.  
046 煮鹿頭, 治老人消渴                                                        
右以鹿頭一個, 燎去毛, 刮淨洗, 爛煮, 和五味,   空心食, 以汁嚥之.  
047 鯉魚(月霍), 治老人水氣病, 腫脹氣急不食, 皮膚滿, 四肢痛不可屈伸

右以水牛肉鮮肥者, 蒸令極熟, 空心, 切以姜醋五味調和, 任意食之.                               

049 麻子粥, 治老人水氣腫滿, 肢體疼痛, 不能食                     

冬麻子一升熬研濾汁. 鯉魚肉七兩切.                                                                               
右取麻子汁, 下米四合. 和魚煮作粥, 以五味葱椒, 空心食.                                               
050 煮赤豆, 治老人水腫急脹赤小豆三升掏淨. 白樟柳根細切一升.                                                                                
右和煮爛, 空心常食, 渴即飲汁, 勿雜食別物, 三服取效.

右相和, 以微火溫令消, 即下棗攪之相和, 以微火煎, 令蘇餳泣盡, 即止, 每食上即噉一二枚, 漸漸咽汁, 忌鹹熱炙肉.                                                                                    

056. 姜糖煎, 治老人上氣咳嗽, 氣急煩熱, 不下食, 食之嘔吐逆腹內脹滿

鯉魚肉一片, 菜四兩, 粳米二合研, 葱白一握.                                                                     
右切了以葱和煮(月霍), 下五味姜椒調, 空心常食, 亦治水氣.                                 

060. 麻子粥, 治老人脚氣, 煩悶, 吐逆, 脾弱

鼓心三升, 九蒸九暴. 酒五升.

064. 製青豆, 治老人熱淋, 痛澀                                             

青豆二升, 橘皮二兩, 冬麻子之一升.                                                                       
右先以水煮上項熟, 却下麻汁, 空心漸食, 併飲其汁.                                                

065. 小麥湯, 治老人五淋身熱腹滿                                        

右以小麥一升. 通草二兩. 水三升, 煎一升, 去滓, 漸漸服, 即愈.                              

066. 酥蜜煎, 治老人淋病小便痛澀                                        

耦汁五合, 白蜜五合, 生地黃汁一升.                                                                        
右相和, 微火煎之, 令如餳, 空心含半匙, 漸漸嚥之, 忌熱及炙物.  
067. 蘇粥, 治老人五淋燥痛小便不通                                     
右以青梁米四合, 煮作粥, 臨熟下土藕二兩, 空心服.                                       
      
068. 冬瓜煎, 治老人一切心懣, 煩渴                                      

右用好冬瓜切作片, 滾湯焯過, 加鹽醋同生芥茉拌勻, 同浸三日, 次漉出冬瓜入熬熟, 令冷, 加蜜, (缶并)貯緊封閉, 十日後取食.                                                          
    
069. 羊肉索餅, 治老人胸膈痞塞食飲不下                             

羊肉四兩切作(月霍). 白麵六兩, 橘皮末一分.                                                          
右以姜汁搜麵, 作如常法, 入五味葱椒鹽姜鼓, 日一食, 大效.                                    
070. 黃雞餛飩, 治老人噎氣, 病食不下, 胸懣                          
黃雌雞四兩切作(月霍). 白麵六兩. 茯苓一兩.                                                        
右以茯苓同麵搜作之, 鼓汁中煮, 空腹食之.

大蒜一斤去皮細切. 大豆黃一斤炒.                                                                            
右和勻, 以水一升微火煎稠即止, 空心每服二三匙, 兼補腎氣.                                     

072. 補腎地黃酒                                                                 

生地黃切一升. 大豆炒二升. 生牛蒡根切一升.                                                          
右以絹袋盛, 以酒一斗浸之五六日, 空心溫服, 任意多少, 勿太醉, 醉則無益.               

073. 鴈脂酒, 治老人風瘓偏枯不利                                         

右以鴈脂五兩, 熬化, 每日空心溫酒化半合服.                                                         

074. 巨勝酒, 治老人風痺虛弱, 四肢乏力, 骨節疼痛                

巨勝一升炒. 薏苡仁二升. 乾地黃切半升.                                                              
右以絹袋盛無灰, 酒一斗漬之, 勿令洩氣, 滿七日, 空心任意溫服之.   
075. 蒼耳茶, 治老人風痺筋脈緩急                                        
右以蒼耳子炒為末, 入茶同煎, 每日常服. 
076. 槐茶, 治老人熱風下血兼治齒疼明目益氣                        
右以曼麗魯, 治如常, 切作片, 炙熟, 着椒鹽醬調和, 空腹食.    
077. 鼠粥, 治水蠱腹脹身腫                                                   
右用肥鼠一枚, 剝去皮, 細切. 入粳米四合, 煮粥, 空心服一二度, 即瘥.  
078. 黃雞炙, 治脾胃氣虛腸滑下痢                                        
右以黃雌雞一隻, 治淨, 炭火炙, 搥過以鹽醋調和, 復炙令熱燥, 空腹食之.              

079. 雌雞麵, 治赤白痢, 不下食                                             

右用肥雌雞一隻, 細研作(月霍), 煮汁作麵, 或餛飩, 空心食.                                     
080. 酥蜜煎, 治老人氣噎吐, 逆不能食                                   
右以土蘇二兩, 白蜜生姜汁各五合, 和微火煮稠, 空心服半匙, 細嚥之.

082. 茱萸飲, 治老人冷氣心痛, 腹脇脹滿                                 

右用茱萸末二分, 以水二升煎取一升, 外將青梁米一合研碎入, 作飲, 日進三服.

083. 椒麵餛飩, 治老人冷氣, 心痛, 嘔吐不下食, 煩悶               

右以川椒末一兩, 和白麵五兩, 搜水煮入葱白三莖切, 下五味, 調和食之

右用大豆二升, 炒令聲絕, 即以清酒二升投之, 候一二沸, 去滓頓服, 覆臥汗出, 即瘥. 口噤者, 抄開灌之

右以白鴨一隻, 去內外洗淨, 用(食卉貝)飯半斤, 加姜椒葱釀腹中縫定, 爛蒸熟食之. (起按:(食卉貝)飯即蒸飯.)                                                                                           

093. 野雞餛飩, 治脾胃氣虛, 下痢, 日夜不止                         

右以野雞一隻, 治如食法, 細研入橘皮末, 椒鹽, 葱, 醬調和, 以麵作餛飩, 熟煮食之.

094. 野雞湯, 治消渴舌焦口燥小便煩澁                                 

右以野雞一隻, 治如法, 入如法, 入五味, 煮令極熟, 取汁二升半, 渴即飲, 並其肉食之.

095. 白鴿煎, 治消渴, 飲水不知足 
右以白花鴿二隻, 治如法, 切作小塊, 以土蘇煎, 含而嚥之.                                        
096. 鴛鴦羹, 治五痔瘻瘡                                                       

右以鴛鴦一隻治如法, 細切煮極熟, 加五味, 入醋作羹, 空腹食.                                 

097. 桃仁粥, 治傳尸鬼氣, 咳嗽, 痃癖, 日漸羸瘦                      

右以桃仁一兩, 去皮尖搥碎, 用水三升, 煮去滓. 著粳米三合, 作粥食之.  
098. 杏仁粥, 治上氣喘促, 浮腫, 小便赤澁                             
右以杏仁一兩, 去皮尖研, 入水同粳米作粥, 每食二合, 空心食.                                 

099. 杏仁粥, 治五痔下血不止                                               

右以杏仁一兩, 治如前, 用水三升淘濾, 煎一半, 入粳米作粥, 待冷, 空心食之.           

100. 豆花羹, 治寒熱泄痢, 兼治病酒頭痛                                

右用小豆花, 入支汁煮, 以五味和, 作羹食.                                                               

101. 罌粟粥, 治反胃, 不納飲食                                              

白罌粟米二合. 人參木三錢. 生山苧五寸切.                                                            
右項以水一升二合, 煮取六合, 生姜汁並鹽少許, 和勻, 作一次服之.                          

102. 葱子粥, 治目暗補虛                                                      

右以葱實為末, 每用一匙, 以水二升煮取一升半, 濾去滓, 入粳米煮粥食之.               

103. 馬齒粥, 治青盲白翡, 除邪氣, 利大小腸, 去寒熱              

右馬齒键莧子, 同粳米為末, 每用一匙, 葱頭煮葱鼓粥, 和攪食之.   
104. 煮小蒜, 治心痛不可忍                                                  
右以小蒜去鬚皮, 及青菜, 用釀醋煮, 頓服取飽, 勿用鹽, 久年不瘥者服之永不發.      

105. 荔枝醬, 治老人氣虛無力                                               

烏豆半煎. 淅桂去皮三兩. 丁香二分. 縮砂仁汁三兩, 搥碎取汁. 生姜汁半盞.        
右件澄清相和, 勻入糖二斤半, 銀石器熬, 濾去滓, 再熬令稠濃, 用之.
