教育者们的百千绿色生物活力有机农耕会议

亲爱的朋友们，
    这个下午我跟艳婷在想着，怎样来把这封信写得更好，让老师们能领悟到'生物活力有机农耕会议'对老师们的重要性时，我们看着头上的竹子，阳光透过叶子似乎创造出成百上千、深浅不一的绿来。我相信这正是对我们的华德福教育工作的清晰表述。我们创造性的工作——我们与生命保持联系，与我们的根源保持联系，并得以自我发展，进而帮助孩子在世上找到他们的路；孩子们需要我们更具创造性，同时当我们对他们进行教育，还应以留心的和具逻辑性的科学方法看待和指引他们。孩子们需要我们的灵魂带着一点灵活性，去发现他们到底是千百种绿中的哪一种。

    对生物活力有机农耕的学习与实践可以创造出一种方式，让我们总是与生命和大地发生联系，这些都可以带到教室中的故事、歌曲和健康的课堂节奏里，还有真实的、鲜活的四季桌上。我们热烈地邀请你加入到我们这个'教育者们的百千绿色生物活力有机农耕会议'中来。在这里，教育者的含义是广泛的，包含了所有在道路或知识上对他人进行引领的人。我们尤其欢迎农夫和家长。

Dear Friends and Colleagues,
This afternoon as Yanting and I were looking at how to revise this letter so that teacher would grasp the importance of a 'Biodynamic farming conference' for educators, we looked up at the bamboo and saw the sun shining through the leaves creating what seemed to be a thousand shades of green.I believe this is what clearly captures our work with Waldorf Education.Our creative work , and our being in touch with life allows us to develop ourselves so that we can help the children find their own way in the world. Children need us to be creative ,yet observant and logical in a scientific way when we look at them and guide them in education. Children require us to have a flexibility in our soul to see which one of the thousand shades of green they are.
The study and practice of biodynamics can create a way for us to be in touch with life and the earth which we then can bring into the classroom in terms of stories,songs, healthy class room rhythm,and a truly alive nature table. We warmly invite you to join us for this A Thousand Shades of Green Biodynamic Conference for Educators. We use educators in the broadest sense possible,those leading others on a path or knowledge. Farmers and parents are most welcome.


很高兴地告诉大家， Hans Mulder 将在11月17日那个星期在广州给大家做一个生物动力农耕讲座。


Hans Mulder 在人智学和生物动力农耕方面都有深厚的背景。Hans曾经在一个华德福学校任高中的科学老师，也曾经是实践生物动力农耕的农夫，还曾在一个精神科学学校中任班主任， 新西兰的人智学团体的秘书长。Hans现在的工作是代表歌德堂支持亚太地区人智学的发展和人智学的实际工作，比如华德福教育和生物活力有机农耕。（歌德堂是世界人智学运动的中心，也是精神科学学校工作室，提供深入研究与合作的会议地点）


I am very pleased to tell you that Hans Mulder will give a biodynamic workshop in Guangzhou the week of November 17.


Hans Mulder has a strong background in many aspects of Anthroposophy, and biodynamics. Hans has been a Waldorf School High School Science teacher,biodynamic farmer,Class holder for The School of Spiritual Science, General Secretary for The Anthroposophical Society in New Zealand. Hans is currently supporting the work and development of anthroposphy and its practical work, such as Waldorf Education and Biodynamics in the Asian-Pacific region on behalf of The Goetheanum.( The Goetheanum is the center for the worldwide anthroposophical movement and the offices of The School of Spiritual Science,which provides a meeting place for further research and collaboration to take place ).


作为人类，我们共同生活在地球上，我们以不同的方式互相影响着。这个讲座将给我们一个机会，找到更积极的方式关注我们的环境，那已被习以为常的环境。作为教师、家长和农夫，我们与大地之间的关系，将对我们周围的年轻人及孩子产生极大的帮助。

在过去的20年里，作为一个幼儿园老师，我觉得我的工作是热爱生命，我也正是这种与大地联系的感觉，让我得以鼓励孩子全然地生活在他们的生命当中。在这些年里，我发现学习大地及生物活力有机农业的循环对我的幼儿园工作非常有帮助。生物动力农业将农业与宇宙关联起来，并使实践这样农业的人能在一个坚实的科学模式指引下工作。我发现这方面的学习对我的幼儿园工作是一个很好的平衡。


As human beings we are all on the earth together being affected by one another's actions in many different ways. This workshop will give us an opportunity to find ways to actively care for our environment which quite often we come to take for granted. As teachers, parents and farmers ,our relationship with the earth can greatly help the young people whom we come in touch with. As a kindergarten teacher over the past 20 years, I feel that my work is to love being alive and to feel that I am connected to the earth so that I can encourage the children to be fully present in their lives. Over the years, I have found the study of the cycle of the earth ,and of biodynamics to be very helpful in my kindergarten work. Biodynamics brings agriculture into relationship with the cosmos ,and it allows the individual to work with a very solid scientific model. I have found this kind of study to be a good balance to my kindergarten work.

在中国这四年的教学生涯中，我发现环境的问题是如此的挑战。在我做关于人智学之外的健康与发展的讲座时，我知道每个人都在与空气污染、水体污染、食物防腐剂、价格高企的有机食物等问题作斗争，也都在关注食物安全问题（比如最近发生的牛奶危机）。另一方面，我的很大部分的工作是帮助老师和家长重新回到与自然相联系的状态。目前在工作，大部分教育者的工作是帮助家长和孩子学习如何探索、创造、变得脏一些，让他们学习用不同的方式看待生活。当我们开放了思想和心灵，便开始发现解决我们面临的问题其实有许多方法。我们希望这个讲座能帮助人们与自己所说的建立起真实的关系，与我们经常唱的'感谢大地母亲和天空爸爸'那些语句有真实的关系。如果我们跟孩子说的话是没有意义的，我们就没有办法滋养他们的心灵。
我衷心地希望你能够腾出一个星期的时间来，参加这个讲座，与其他同样怀有相同希望和愿意在中国发展真正的健康和教育的朋友相聚。


In the last four years in my teaching in China,I have found the environmental problems to be quite challenging. As I give lectures on good health and development out of anthroposophy, I know that everyone is struggling with air pollution,water pollution, food with pesticides,unrealistic prices for organic food, and concerns about food safety such as the current milk crisis. Also,a large part of my work has been to help teachers and parents get back in touch with what is nature. At this time in China, a large part of the educators work is to help the parents and children learn to explore,create,get dirty,and to learn that there are many different ways to look at life.As we open our minds and hearts to new ideas,we can began to find a variety of solutions to the problems we are facing.We hope that this workshop will help people to develop a living relationship to the words we often sing to thank the mother earth and the father sky. If we give the children words withour meaning,we can not nourish their souls.I wholeheartedly encourage you to give a week of your time to study and meet with others who have similar hopes and interests to develop real health and education in China.


得以召开这个会议可以说是一种幸运，我们希望全国的教师都能抽出时间来参加！
我们完全理解会议的时间对大家来讲不太方便，毕竟不是安排在假期，而且还是在一周的中间。不过，我也去过很多学校，看到你们的教室里的教师还真是不少。我相信只要有周详的计划，学校总能派出一名代表的。我鼓励你们寻找一个可行的方法，在让孩子得到足够的照顾的情况下派出一名同事参加。如果需要的话，也许你可以考虑请一位家长到教室里帮忙照应一下，又也许你的学校可以请一位家长去参加会议。请把这个通知和以下的信息给你们学校的家长或其他朋友。
We hope that teachers through out China will find time to attend this conference that we are most fortunate to create. We fully realize that the timing of this workshop is indeed awkward as the conference is mid -week in a non-holiday time. However,as I have been to many schools I have seen that your classrooms are mostly overstaffed. I believe with some careful planning,schools could send one participant to this workshop. I would like to encourage you to look at ways that the children could be cared for in the best possible way ,that would allow your school to send a colleague.Perhaps your school could consider a parent helping out in the classroom if need be, or perhaps your school has a parent who could attend the conference.

目前会议正在计划阶段，因此我们需要你们的意见。现在的计划是请Hans在上午的时候做讲座和做一些生物动力农业方面的实操工作。而在下午的时候，我们计划去做一些与自然相关的手工，也许是自然染布，孩子的手工（）或木工。还会有关于如何令幼儿园培训和小学培训更完整和全面方面的内容.


如果你是一个农夫，或一个园艺工作者，我们希望你可以学到一种新的农业方式并从中受益。你在泥土方面的经验将开阔我们教师的眼界。我们极为需要知道你的想法以及你的需求。
We are currently in the planning stages of the conference. We are asking for your ideas as we create the conference. Currently the plan is to have Hans give lectures and do practical work on biodynamics in the morning. In the afternoon,the developing plan is to do hand work which is closely related to nature,which could be natural dyeing,children's handwork out of found objects,wood work. There will be time for discussions which can help
> >> make the your kindergarten or grade school training to be more complete and well rounded.If you are a farmer,or a gardener ,we hope that you would benefit from learning about a new kind of agriculture. Your experience with the earth would enrich our teachers experience.We are actively seeking your thoughts and wish to know your needs.


实际的方面：我们知道应该尽可能地令大家能承受参加这个会议的费用。我们将尽可能去降低会议费用。我们的社区将尽力提供免费或费用低廉的住宿。如果你需要申请减免学费，请尽快让我们知道。
