台州市玉环县坎门街道渝汇小区17号楼出现明显的倾斜

　　浙江在线杭州11月2日讯 (见习记者 潘杰 记者 李利)11月1日傍晚，住在台州市玉环县坎门街道渝汇小区的居民着实惊心动魄了一回，由于小区内17号楼出现严重不均匀沉降，14-18号楼居民以及周边5幢排屋的居民被全部转移。

　　沉降已有数月，昨日框架柱被压碎20公分

　　据了解，早在今年6月份，17号楼就已经出现不均匀沉降现象，经专家查证属设计范围之内。9月底，沉降开始加快，玉环县建设规划局在10月初作出人员疏散决定，陆续疏散居民。1号下午5点左右，17号楼地下室的一根框架柱被压碎约20公分，出现严重不匀速沉降，周边居民和建筑的安全受到威胁。

　　接报后，玉环县委、县政府迅速采取措施对涉及几幢楼内的住户进行疏散，目前疏散群众已经妥善安排住宿。

　　据悉，渝汇小区占地面积380亩，建筑面积38万平方米，由浙江渝汇置业有限公司开发，浙江实事集团承建，其中17号楼于2011年1月份通过竣工验收并交房使用，至9月底，陆续入住18户。

　　目前小区内已经加强警戒，确保疏散人员不回流。同时，省市专家也赶赴玉环对沉降原因进行进一步分析，商讨下一步处置方案。今晚九点，玉环县还将召开新闻发布会，通报相关情况。

　　高楼已明显倾斜，网友调侃其为山寨“比萨斜塔”

　　今天下午，记者联系到了17号楼的住户詹先生。“这楼保不住了，但我还是要等(它重新在造起来)。”

　　詹先生1997年买下渝汇小区17号楼的高层期房，2011年1月房子正式交付。由于是整个小区地理位置、景观视野最好的住宅楼，加上还能清楚地看到东海，詹先生很是满意。但不久沉降的消息就传到了他那，但十分中意这套房的他在于开发商交涉后没有动摇，“我相信专家说的能加固，七十多平米的住房面积，装修花了近40万。”

　　当时，和他一样选择留下的住户共有33户。时至今日，整幢楼即将完成装修的就有32户，加上18户已入住居民，这幢楼的入住率将达到92.5%。

　　电话那头的詹先生表现的很冷静也很理智，对于坊间盛传的17号楼原本只允许盖11层的说法，他给予了纠正：“我97年选房的时候就选了16层，这个是有人起哄的说法。”

　　目前，开发商方面给予住户每天240元的住宿费补贴，30元的伙食补贴，他们也在等待最后的结果。

　　10月下旬，有业主自测近68米的大楼已出现了垂直向后14公分的倾斜。今天下午，记者又联系到刚从现场回来的胡先生。据胡先生说，对比附近的几幢住宅楼，17号楼已经出现了明显的倾斜。
