I was a little worried about using mmo1st after reading all of these reviews but the game I wanted was on sale for half its regular price...so I went for it. The first file I downloaded through Chrome did not work...but I blame my wireless internet for it. Their download program also failed...but I blame all of my firewalls. I ended up just redownloading the game using Chrome and everything worked out just fine :) For the price and convenience, I'd say go for it...I have only downloaded one game though.

If network based DRM bugs ya, this may not be for you.

After the initial autoresponder to a support ticket request, my license issue was resolved.. Had a D/L link error once, it was auto resolved within a few minutes.

D/L speeds seem fine.. I have a 18Mbps connection.

Have yet to find a game that does not work (out of around 20 purchases), running windows 7 x64.

98% smooth installations and configurations.

Worth the time

Everything went as well as I could have hoped. I downloaded "Dragon Age" without too much trouble. It took about 14 hours to download the 9GB game. I did have to restart the download once, but it wasn't much trouble. Once the download finished, I installed and activated the game cd key with absolutely no trouble.
All of the negative reviews that mmo1st received on this site and others had me worried, but it ended up being a pretty simple and painless process

I have only used mmo1st once, but have had no problems.
Downloaded the game just fine and both the preordercode and the actualy gamecode worked fine.
I have not needed any contact with customersupport so cannot comment on that.

I think it's a fantastic service.

I've used mmo1st for 3 years now, and have never been dissappointed with the speed of game cd key, considering you're downloading an entire game, and the selection's great. I've only had one hangup when trying to redownload a game, but the problem was solved by their customer service within 24 hours. Since first trying it, the only other place I've purchased games from was Steam, and only then for games that I can't get through any place but Valve, or when games are on sale. Speaking of which, I think that's about the only thing I can say that mmo1st isn't good at, discounts on games that aren't old.
